Free! Open Source Web Designs
The Open Design Community is a little over a month old but is already a huge success thanks to the 3 dedicated admins; SeanRox, LobsterMan and Christopher, and the support of the community.
An amazing amount of work has been done in a very short time, first in getting the site up and running, and then in keeping the momentum going.
One of the best things is that the site is run as an open community by the community and belongs to the community. Yes that’s a lot of community, and the result is a great site with friendly members where anybody can join and participate whatever there level of skill.
Despite only being in existence for just over a month there are already a large selection of good quality free web designs to choose from. All the designs are open source and offered as free downloads.
So if you are interested in web design, want a design for your website or just want to ask a question check out The Open Design Community.

Actually I have got sidetracked and making a template now! I intend to release is as an exclusive and it will only be available for download from The Open Design Community, although it will feature here linked to the TODC site
