This Theme Is Mine, Mine, Mine
I’ve already received a couple of e-mails asking if I intend to release my new theme to the public. It may sound a little selfish but the answer is no.
I designed and made this theme so that I had a unique look for Webgazette.co.uk as I had released my previous theme to the public which meant that a lot of other websites also looked like mine.
Of course sooner or later I will do another redesign and then I will release it but when that will be, I don’t know.

I completely understand your place on this. I’ve had the same thing happen with the redesign I did last year.
You might want to add a copyright notice, etc to your footer for your design.

Naturally you want to keep it! A site like yours *should* have a unique look.
