Is Anne Robinson Evil?

According to the Sun Anne Robinson made John Noakes an ex-presenter of Blue Peter cry while filming a Blue Peter special of her show The Weakest Link:

Anne, 63, asked: “Where’s Shep?, What happened to Shep? Did he die or just run away?”

John, 74, broke down, then said: “You’ve made me cry, not many people make me cry.”

I don’t know how many people will remember John on Blue Peter but he and his dog Shep used to be favourites of mine when I was growing up.

Shame on you Anne! How could you? You ought to know better.

I’ll never watch The Weakest Link again :-(

I agree. She has gone way too far. At her age you would have thought she would be worried about how she might be remembered one day.

Shep will be remembered with fondness and affection - Anne will be remembered as a raddled bitter old bully.

John Noakes deserved better than her crass behaviour.

    Agreed!

If this is true, either this tasteless programme should cease once and for all, or Anne Robinson should be removed.

Shep was loved by a whole generation of children. It is not for Anne Robinson to insult Shep or us, or indeed John Noakes, who publicly wept when he announced that she had died.

Well it was is the Sun, but I don’t know for sure. I can only rely on what they say!
